Sometimes you don't need words to dialog, you can just look at each other, nuzzle up against each other and stand in silence.
The painting is part of the Pilgrim's Dialogues series, with the common theme of Pilgrim’s interaction with the fantasy world and its creatures.
The calm white background with flashes of gold represents the quiet joy of Pilgrim's meeting with his dream, symbolized by the horse. They are made of the same matter and look like one, which is perhaps what understanding looks like when you become one with each other.

Pilgrim doesn't always know what he wants, his dreams swarm around him and he doesn't know which dream to begin his transformation with. Horses with winged hands are symbols of dreams that are not easy to catch and tame, but Pilgrim tries. The thin transparent veil thrown over the horses makes it impossible to say with certainty whether he has succeeded in catching them or not.
The painting is part of the Pilgrim's Dialogues series, united by the common theme of his interaction with the adventurous world, represented here by a swarm of flying horses with hands-wings. Hands-wings refer the viewer to the popular pastime of hand shadows and to memories of anticipation when amazing animals appeared on the wall out of nowhere.
I tried to create the atmosphere of uncertainty by means of a multilayered shimmering background. Colorful transparent layers, overlapped and destroyed in various ways and covered with a whitish haze, enhance the feeling of air flows, swirled by huge wings of the hands.

How should a man feel when his dream approaches him? It may be joy, or it may be fear, but it will always be the anticipation of life changes. Pilgrim in this painting is not afraid, he is open to communication and is eager to get new experience.

How much effort does it take to reach one's goal and how does one feel on the way to one's dream? Sometimes we feel insecure, exposed, unable to grasp fortune by the forelock. Sometimes we are helped or hindered by higher forces or circumstances. But the one who reaches the goal is the one who does not stop trying, like Pilgrim, who on his journey seeks to connect with his companion violin, a symbol of things dear to his heart.
The pulsating background with red-beige gradient emphasizes the dynamics and tension of the moment of Pilgrim's flight after his love, and the plastic changing forms of Pilgrim's figure in flight show the process of his transformation on the way to reunion.
The painting is part of the Pilgrim's Flights series, united by the common theme of his interaction with the adventurous world through flying that is a symbol of both freedom and lack of support.
The second character in the painting is a higher power which both deprives Pilgrim of his footing and pushes him closer to his goal.

The painting is part of the Pilgrim's Touches series, united by the common theme of getting the world to know through physical contact.
How diverse are the feelings when a person communicates with precious creatures or things? The figure of Pilgrim, tenderly touching his violin with his hand, is shown by me from different angles. I try to slow down and catch time in the paintings by breaking up a second's movement into many frames and assembling them in one picture. So very often the many figures in one painting are actually one object or character flying, falling, or moving in space.
The deep violet color emphasizes the intimacy of the moment, and the multi-layered shimmering background reflects the changeability and fleeting nature of emotions.
